Danielle M. Kilinski ("Dani"), currently practices law in Gwinnett County, Georgia.  Ms. Kilinski focuses her practice in the area of business litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment, landlord/tenant and domestic matters.

Ms. Kilinski received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of, and mentor for, the Student Bar Association and a member of the Women's Law Student Association and the Federalist Society.  She received her Bachelor's degree in International Business, summa cum laude, with her major focus in Finance and minor in Spanish, from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the National Collegiate Honor Society.

Ms. Kilinski was admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia in 2005 and is licensed to practice before the Georgia State Courts and the Northern District Court in Atlanta.  Ms. Kilinski is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Labor and Employment Section), the Federal Bar Association, and the Gwinnett County Bar Association.  Ms. Kilinski is also a member of the Human Resource Management Association.
